Cincinnati – 16th Annual Cincinnati Celtic Festival, Sept 12-13
Yeatman’s Cove on Cincinnati’s Riverfront. Held along the Ohio River, the fest is a celebration of Ireland, Scotland, Brittany and Wales. Highlights include: Celtic Spring, Enter The Haggis, Seven Nations, Town Pants, Roger Drawdy & the Firestarters, Homeland, Fannigan’s Isle, Dulahan, The Kreellers, Liam’s Fancy, The Kells, Bruno’s Boys, Ceol Mhor, Mossy Moran, Vinegar Hill, Barnacles, Pub Uglies, Silver Arm, Clark and Jones Trio, Murphy’s Law, The Roving Rogues, Dark Moll, The Flock, Dave Hawkins and Celtic Core, Ceol Mhor, The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Glee Club, The Cincinnati Caledonian Pipes and Drums, Tri Werin, White Orchid, Alair, and others. Dance troupes include: The McGing Irish Dancers, The Erickson Academy of Irish Dance, and The Celtic Rhythm Dancers. The Irish American Theatre Company will present a collection of favorite scenes and stories. Youngstown Gathering of the Irish Clans Festival August 9th & 10th

Cleveland - 8th Annual Alex & Alyssa Baker Memorial Scholarship Fund Golf Outing
The 8th Annual Rooster Open Charity Golf Classic is August 9th, is in memory of Alex and Alyssa Baker, the children of Paul Baker, renowned fiddle player and frontman of the nationally acclaimed Brigid’s Cross. The Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) and the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians (LAOH) are sponsoring a ticket raffle to benefit the Ohio National Convention Fund.
